"If you want an education so you can make an informed decision in an environment that is friendly then I highly recommend Sol Barros of Exceptional Hearing. Sol never pressures you to do anything. Her knowledge allows her to offer many choices and she allows you to make the decision that is right for you. There is never any high pressure sales and she also offers some amazing "give backs" to her clients such as free batteries for a time frame that works in conjunction with your hearing aids.
And then there is Tim who I affectionately call "Exceptional Tim." He is so welcoming and is an efficient support to Sol and us, the client.
Exceptional Hearing is the best and I feel blessed that I found them and I wouldn't go to anyone else for advice or solutions around my hearing. Thanks for being here for me!"
